OATS PORRIDGE RECIPE ( can also be eaten by babies aged 6 months +)
🍲Take 1 tablespoon of rolled oats and grind it in a grinder. 🍲Add it to a pan on a medium flame and add half cup of water 🍲Keep stirring the mixture until it acquires thick consistency 🍲Cook well 🍲Turn down the flame and let it cool down 🍲In another bowl take a small banana and mash it well 🍲Add the cooked oats to the mashed banana nad mix 🍲Then add formula or breastmilk to achieve the desired consistency. ( adults can use whichever milk they consume) 🍲Your tasty oats porridge is ready
