I am 6week pregnant some times I feel nausia and vomiting,Loose motion,Low pressure.That time I Drink lemon juice or Lemon soda with salt that time I feel good.Actully is it good for pregnant women??any problems?

Avoid tea caffeine , alcohol, junk food try to make at home and then u can eat whenever u feel craving fo fast food
