This is my MIL's Law 😀- As my hubby (now also) dont eat leafy veggies in any forms, Now my kiddo is also on that way 😕
My MIL used to chop the leafy veggies like spinach or coriander leaves or curry leaves or methi leaves or cilantro etc etc and add it with the Atta while preparing dough to prepare parathas or chapathis or rotis.. This actually worked on my hubby and now my kiddo is also happy with this..
So, i follow this LAW 😁 sincerely and now i just add grated carrots or raddish or bottle guard or beetroot to atta and the flavour, aroma is just awesome..
Please give it a try if your family/ kids throw tantrums over the veggies..
Yes one more thing is i just roast some millets, flax seeds, methi seeds, jeera and grind it to fine powder and add with atta.. that will be multi grain and much nutritious..
