one of my twin boys is usually slightly constipated, almost always. his initial poop is difficult for him to push out and he often poops atleast 2 - 3 times a day. we often wait for him to poop thoroughly as he poops then waits then poops in some time again. he is 3 years old and his water and food intake are fine. my other twin seems to have no problems at all.
is this fine?

For some children stools take some time till they are stabilised and this can even be the first few years of life. Please give him.plenty of water and you could also include some soaked raisins and amla in his daily diet. Try this for about 15 days as a regular practice and see if it helps and makes a difference. Else it will be good to evaluate if there is a food related reaction. These reactions are individual and are not related to being twins.

Hi prisha, I think he is slightly constipated. Make sure to include fibre rich food and fruits like pear n bananas in his diet. In future years it might become severe, hence take care
