One of the favourite dish of my kids...that is moonglate...

A pure vegetarian and healthy dish... Loved by all the family members...
Just give a try to this recipe m sure u all gonna love it...

It contains all the veggies plus pulses which are nutritious for the kids...and taste is also awesome which the preference of all the kids ..
Recipe is
Soak 1 bowl of moong dal in the night...

In the morning wash the daal and drain off all the excess water.. grinnd it in the mixing jar

Take 1-1.5 serving spoon Full of better in a separate bowl

Add veggies of ur choice like peas, sweet corn, onion & tomato etc..

Now add pinch of baking soda in it .. give it mash...

Now add butter in the frypan .. pour the better in pan.. cover it with lid on a medium flame

Check it after 2-3 min... Add butter than flip it ..

It will take around 10 min. To get ready the moonglate..
