So I had made this yumm snack a few days back and since people wants to know the recipe here you all go!

.

This is a simple recipe and all ingredients would be easily available.

.

Ingredients:

Leftover rotis 3-4

Garlic 2-3 cloves

Oil / Ghee 1 Tb spoon for tadka

Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1 Tspn

Green chilly 1 long piece

Curry leaves 4-5 leaves

Curd approx 1 cup

Water approx 2.5 cups

Turmeric 1/4 th Tspn

Salt 1/4 Tspn

Pre Preparatins:

Crush garlic into fine paste.

.

Add 1 cup water to curd and blend it to buttermilk.

.

Cut rotis into small pieces.

.

.

.

Method:

.

In a wok add ghee or oil and add garlic paste to it.

.

Put the flame to slow (this enhances garlic flavor)

.

As the garlic is being sauted, add jeera to the tadka.

.

When the garlic os aromatic and jeera has as well changed color, add a pinch of hing, green chilly and curry leaves to it and saute on slow gas.

.

Add remaining water and allow it to come to boil. (Put the flame high)

.

Add turmeric and salt to it and let the mixture simmer for a while.

.

Again put the flame to low and slowly add buttermilk to it and remember to keep stirring.

.

Keep stirring the whole mixture else curs will form curdling.

.

Cut rotis into small pieces and add to the gravy.

.

Allow to simmer for 1 min and thereafter switch the flame off.

.

Cover with a dosh and allow it to settle for 2 min. Serve hot.

.

P.s. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Due to lockdown I could not.

.
