I am more interested in keeping myself fit, healthy and positive. Anyways there is no scope for weight loss here😁 But I practise Yoga and meditation everyday to keep myself sane throughout the day.

both..i gained 18 kgs post delivery and after almost 10 months lost only 8kgs..stamina is no where like how it used to be earlier..long way to go
