๐Take a Bowl and add rice, add moong dal, pour water, wash well and keep a side.
๐Place a cooker on the flame.Add ghee, cumin seeds, cashew nuts, and stir well, add curry leaves and stir well and fry well.
๐Add chopped ginger, black pepper powder, black pepper corns. Saute well and add rice & moong dal and mix well. Fry for 2 minutes and keep stirring regularly, add water and add salt to taste. Mix well and close the lid and cook for until 3 whistles, after 3 whistles switch off the flame and wait for the pressure to release.
