Rice - 1 cup

Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup

Salt - As per taste

Curry Leaves - 2 to 3 sprigs

Ghee - 2 Spoons

Black Pepper - 4 to 5

Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Cashew Nuts - 10

Water - 4 cups
๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ:

๐Ÿ“Take a Bowl and add rice, add moong dal, pour water, wash well and keep a side.

๐Ÿ“Place a cooker on the flame.Add ghee, cumin seeds, cashew nuts, and stir well, add curry leaves and stir well and fry well.

๐Ÿ“Add chopped ginger, black pepper powder, black pepper corns. Saute well and add rice & moong dal and mix well. Fry for 2 minutes and keep stirring regularly, add water and add salt to taste. Mix well and close the lid and cook for until 3 whistles, after 3 whistles switch off the flame and wait for the pressure to release.
