Take a bowl and add wheat flour, jeera, salt, red chilli powder, hing. Add enough water and mix well. The consistency should be bajji type. Add chopped coriander and curry leaves and mix well. Just before dropping in to oil add baking soda and mix well. Heat a kadai with oil for deep frying. Drop the batter either with your fingers or with spoon in to hot oil. Fry them on medium heat else bajjis will absorb oil. Fry rolling on both sides until golden colour. Done. Serve hot with ginger chutney/ coconut chutney/ any powder.
