Otas veg biryaani

Recipe :

* ingredients :

2 cup oats

1 small onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

1/2 carrot chopped

2 tbsp cabbage chopped

1 green chilli

1/2 capsicum chopped

4-5 beans

1/2 cup Mushrooms (optional)

2 tbsp green peas

1 tsp oil /ghee

to taste Salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

1/4 tsp garlic chopped

1/4 tsp ginger chopped

Pinch turmeric powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp mustard seed

1/2 tsp cumin seed

Coriander leaves for garnish


**Steps

12-15 mins

Heat the oil /ghee in a kadai add cumin,mustard seed after crackle of seed then add garlic, ginger,curry leaves


**After that add chopped onion, green chilli saute till light brown
**then add all chopped veggies,green peas with mushroom(optional) saute for 2-3 min


**Then add all dried masala powder stir well


**Then add oats,salt and water cook till oats get soft


**Garnish with chopped coriander leaves


**Serve hot
