OVERNIGHT OATS
3/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk
3/4 cup yogurt
~1 teaspoon chia seeds
~.5 teaspoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon honey, optional (or substitute any preferred sweetener)
1 diced mango

Directions
In a container (with a lid), add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, almonds and honey. Mix until well combined. Add mangoes and stir until mixed throughout. Place lid and put in refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled
