For moms the best recipe is the one which is quick😉. Overnight oats is one of them. Easy to make. Full of protein, antioxidants ,fibre and many vitamins and minerals.

Helps in reducing cholesterol , blood sugar level, weight loss, improving skin texture and allergies , constipation etc.

Recipe is very simple just add oats, curd , milk , dry fruits , fruits, honey and seeds in layer by layer in a mason jar and keep it in fridge for overnight .
( quantity can vary according to taste).

So Moms try this recipe today only and have a healthy breakfast tomorrow. Have it at least twice or thrice in a week.
