Hi @deepa ... It's understandable on your part...but have you tried talking to your daughter what's bothering her in the van...if she's scared of someone or something. At the same time u will also need to understand that she could be facing separation anxiety too. you will need to spend time with her and speak to her..also remember she will not talk abt it directly you will need to lure her into it by talking about different things and bring it there. Like Ankita mentioned atleast till you get yo know what's happening really you will need to start your day a lil early, drop her off n this will also help keep a track...you can one day secretly follow the van too to understand is she's being bullied in the van or something

You cant convience the child . Make her secure . Talk in your office if you can go late couple of days . Maybe she is getting scared with something in Van . Start you day little early probably just 10 minutes so you can go office after dropping her . Check whats bothering her
