yes. absolutly normal. breasts work on demand and supply formula. it makes milk as per ur baby feeding pattern.. u may not feel full but when ur baby takes feed.. there will be ample for him. if the baby is gaining weight steadily and pees atleast 5-6 times in a day then it means.. u r making enough feed

Dear Ms Kaushik, the veins/area maybe inflamed and this could lead to pain. It could be just traumatic due to sucking or may be an infection. You need to consult your gynaecologist who will examine you and then treat you accordingly. You probably may just need a medication and breast feeding advise once they see you. Regards
