Pakoda Pulusu . Pakoda is one of the fav snacks for many of us. What will we do if there are more pakoda’s are left out? This is such an easy and tastiest recipe I've learned from my mother ❤️. It's a complete Andhra recipe. . Ingredients : 🍛 Pakoda - 1 cup 🍛 Onion-1 🍛 tomatoes-2 🍛 oil-2tsp 🍛 mustard seeds 🍛 cumin 🍛 urad dal 🍛 chana dal 🍛 red chili-1 🍛 curry leaves 🍛 tamarind juice - 1 tsp 🍛 red chili powder 🍛 turmeric 🍛 jaggery- 1/2 tsp 🍛 salt 🍛 Green chili 🍛 coriander leaves . Recipe : 🍛 Take a pan and add oil, then add mustard, cumin, urad dal, chana dal, and red chili. Once they splutter add curry leaves. 🍛 now add chopped onions, green chili and saute for a min. Then add chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cook until tomatoes soften. 🍛 now add tamarind juice, jaggery, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and mix well. Cook for 2 min or until the oil separates from the curry. 🍛 now add a required amount of water and mix well. Add pakoda’s and mix well. Add coriander leaves. Cook for 1 min. Serve hot with rice. . Tip: pakoda’s absorbs water immediately. So it's always better to add the pakoda’s before eating. .
