Paneer Parantha.

Paneer is a healthy ingredient for adults and kids. My little one doesn't like to eat sauteed paneer except in curries. There are no veggies in my fridge. I tried this quick, easy and delicious recipe for bfast, lunch or dinner. It's a hit kiddo loved!

Ingredients:
🍽️ Grated Paneer - 1/2 cup
🍽️ Chilli powder
🍽️ salt
🍽️ ajwain seeds
🍽️ turmeric
🍽️ garam masala
🍽️ Cumin powder
🍽️ coriander powder
🍽️ coriander leaves finely chopped.
🍽️ oil
🍽️ chapathi dough

Recipe: 🍽️ take a bowl and add grated paneer, all powders, ajwain and coriander leaves. Give a good mix. Keep aside.
🍽️ Take the dough and stuff lemon sized paneer ball in the dough and make chapathi. Fry on both sides till golden brown appears. Serve hot with curd or curry.
