INGREDIENTS
½ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup grated paneer
whey as required to make the dough (you can use drinking water instead)
2 tablespoon grated carrot
Fresh coriander leaves
1-2 teaspoon ghee for roasting the paratha
Black pepper powder
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, put whole wheat flour, grated paneer, grated carrot, finely chopped coriander leaves and crushed black pepper.
Add in the whey, pouring in a little at a time, till you get a soft dough.
Knead well and keep the dough covered for 10 minutes.
Make small balls of the dough and roll each dough into a paratha, without making it too thin.
Roast the paratha on a heated skillet till both sides are golden brown.
Brush either side of the paratha with ghee.
Cut the paratha into four quarters or smaller pieces and serve right away.
