Jira vale banana ki sabji


Ingredients


4 raw banana

1 tbsp jeera

1 green chillies chopped fine

4-5 dry curry leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander cumin powder

1 tsp red chillies powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt

pinch dry mangoo powder

pinch asofedia

2 tbsp oil


Method


First presssure cooker the raw banana by adding 3 cup of water for 4 whistle .Once the pressure has released, open the cooker and peel the skin of the bananas. Cut them into dices and keep aside.
Take kadia add oil, now add cumin seeds ,add chopped green chillies and asofedia.
Now add turmeric powder, add cube banana, add dry curry leaves, coriander powder , red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, dry mango powder, sprinkle some water on it and mix well everything so that spices cooked well...
