It becomes very tough task for moms when their baby is a picky eater. The right nutrients are received by food and eating the right quantity and quality of food is important for a baby's development. .
I have seen moms yelling, crying, worried that their baby is not eating the food. To change this try including these points in your life and definitely you will see changes. .
🤸♂ Don't force feed! If your kid is not hungry at the time don't try to push food in their mouth. Think if someone does that to you would you like it??!! . .
🤸♂ Don't fill their tummy before offering food. Don't give 3 biscuits and expect them to eat complete dinner. It doesn't mean put them to starvation.. Try offering small quantity fruits or whole dinner at that time. .
🤸♂ If they don't like a food try offering it another day in a different way or try making some change to the recipe. .
🤸♂ Try to avoid sugar or offering candy before meal time. .
🤸♂ Clap or encourage them once they are done with their food. .
🤸♂ Try to include all the type of taste in the meal so it gets interesting. .
🤸♂Your expressions when you eat matters a lot. Remember they observe you. You enjoy your food and so will they. .
🤸♂Let them make mess while eating. Never scold, shout or yell at them for doing so. .

I have ensured to do all of these and so Adi has never been a picky eater. He eats what we offer and claps once he finishes his meal..❤ . .
