hello..<br> usually at 7 weeks the&#160;placenta&#160;has not localized to any one particular area.<br> The tissue that goes on to form the placenta (trophoblast) is typically, "All around". Do not be worried..<br> I have never heard of an "all around" placenta in this stage...&#160;Did your doctor explain this to you better?&#160;&#160;If they were referring to the LOCATION they were probably using terms like anterior, posterior or placenta previa.. if you could give a little more description of what your doctor said, hopefully i will be able to give you some advice.
