a placenta less than 2 cm from the os is called placenta previa. however most low <u>placentas</u> move upwards as the fetus grows and uterus expands. a repeat scan in the 7/8th month&#160; will decide if palcenta has moved or not. there are various grades fr this, with the graver ones, normal delivery isnt possible n need monitoring throughout pregnancy. ur doc will ask fr another scan to see placental position.
