hello..<br> Maturity of placenta is graded as 0 1 2 3 4..<br> it shows the placental sufficiency for fetus&nbsp; whether the blood circulation is normal or not.. normally up to 24weeks it will be grade 0, after that till 32weeks grade 1, later grade 2 till 36weeks, up to 40weeks grade 3 then above 40 grade 4 where the calcification process takes place..<br>
