Mala eat healthy nutritious food. Include more green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruits, dry fruits and dairy products in your diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Like 2 to 3 lt of water, juices, butter milk, tender coconut water. Do walking for 20 mins after meal. Take rest when you feel tired.
