1st hour - 186 (< 180)
2nd hour - 165 (<155)
....After 2 weeks of diet plan reduction in carbs sugars...

Heard that diabetic mother gets a heavy baby but my baby's weight is normal or low till date

I will absolutely assure you that after following the diet the sugar is very good and you should not worry there are many things that can affect us emotionally as well as physically but available to be strong and take care of your diet just believe your doctor and every month get your blood sugar test and also the follow of diet no 2<br>
will help you to balance the blood sugar it is not at all mandatory that gestational diabetes may continue even after delivery do not worry focus on your eating habits
