Please share tips to recover after C-Section. I have heard people saying that pain in spinal cord hurts a lot even after years of delivery. I am worried about that. Please share your experience.

If you are keeping the body rigid then it's going to take time for healing, be flexible. You can join gym or yoga after 6 months that will help you in back pain if you have any. Won't lie csection takes time to heal than normal delivery.

I started walking within 24 hours got my urine bag removed.. yes first time I stood it was super painful, but then I was back in my routine within 1 month..
I started doing all the chores related to me and baby from second month onwards.. after five months I also shifted my house.. so no it does not take long time to recover... And I have never experienced pain in my spinal area due to injection.
That is a different story that I have slip disc hence I take precautions for that too.
The only precaution you should take is not to lift weights.. anything which is heavier than baby is strict no no.
