protein rich diet is important . lots of veggies and fresh fruits . dont forget milk and eggs
plus be active. do a bit of walking abd <u>pranayam</u>

hi dear, have a protein rich diet consisting of moong sprouts, small fishes, egg whites, different varieties of dal, milk, chicken etc. have green leafy vegetables, nuts, as well and drink 3 ltrs of water daily

Hello. At this stage i dont think a lot can be done but yes you must eat healthy. In the tests it will show and your dr will advise.
