laziness is common. but if u feel u r weak shld talk 2 ur doct. have lot of fluids, fruits, glucose , coconut water etc

tiredness is OK but you should not ignore weakness at any cost . at this point of time your body is working overtime to nurture the little one also it requires all kinds of nutrients especially protein . it's not like that you have to eat for two but make sure you are having enough calories .  include protein rich items in every meal . have at least 5 meals including big ones that is lunch and dinner . have your supplements . nuts , dry fruits are the power food you can snack on .
