Hi Neha my daughter was born in January cold and little wetness also made her to cry. So I exclusively used diapers for her, only by 6 months I included cloth diapers. Just make sure you change the diaper every 3 to 4 hrs and if its soiled immediately.

Hi. Absolutely fine to use diapers through out the day. But make sure to give some diaper free time. Clean the area with wet tissue, pat dry and apply diaper rash cream every time you change the diaper. Keep changing the diaper as and when it is soiled. I <u>had</u> my kid on diapers through out. No worries.
