I too agree with priya. diet should b more of protein, carbs. make sure he eats and drinks milk well. he should also drink sufficient water to avoid dehydration. Explore and prepare interesting recipes ideal for his age group along with your normal food.

Instead of preparing different menu for your baby at this age, provide him what ever is cooked for others. And make him sit on the dining table with family, he will learn to eat well....

Hello Mithi. At the age of 2 years baby can have everything that adults can have. Ensure a very well balanced diet including protein, carbs, calcium. Plenty of veggies and fruits. Eggs are very good for children. There are many interesting recipes given in our articles. Do take a loo.
