Hi! At 3 years baby can eat whatever you eat. It acts as a reminder to us to eat healthy. Give baby a well balanced diet with nuts, fruits, all type of veggies, cereals. If you eat non veg then egg , fish and chicken can also be given. All the best

Also you can try mixing in various flour to give your child a more nutritious wholesome chapati.

Anything and everything that your child likes. And also try including the food that your child doesnt like by changing its texture or method of cooking. Eg. try adding crushed nuts in simple potato and soya tikki. Or blending soaked almonds in milk. You can mix certain vegies(boiled) and mixing it your flour to make diff colourful chapatis. like say beetroot chapati, spinach chapati, paneer parantha. At times simply making a smiley with ketchup or chutney or hummus on your child's plate makes them have the mains on the plate.
