All nuts and dry fruits especially dried figs and apricots . Eggs , sprouts, green veggies , high protein foods also take your iron supplements on time and between calcium and iron min 4 hrs gap required.

Yiu can have pomegranate and sweet lime juice. Beetroot salad with little lemon and salt as seasoning.
