Incorporating the following foods into your diet is a good way to reach the daily goal:

Dark, leafy greens, such as spinach, collard greens, and kale

Dried fruit, including apricots, prunes, raisins, and figs

Raspberries and strawberries Beets

Brussel

Brocolli

Potatoes

Beans, peas, and lentils

Eggs, especially the yolk Meat

Fish,

Tofu

Fortified cereals, grains, and pasta

Oatmeal

Whole wheat bread

The easiest way to get more iron is to eat a few of these foods every day.
As such, when eating iron-rich plants, it is best to eat foods containing vitamin C at the same meal to aid in iron absorption. However, some individuals may not be able to easily absorb iron from food, so iron supplementation may still be recommended as advised by the obgyn.

All nuts and dry fruits especially dried figs and apricots . Eggs , sprouts, green veggies , high protein foods also take your iron supplements on time and between calcium and iron min 4 hrs gap required.

Yiu can have pomegranate and sweet lime juice. Beetroot salad with little lemon and salt as seasoning.
