pls tell me the right diet I can have after having a c section as I find myself still weak n there's still a lot of pain in my back n hips n also joints. I really don't like behaving like a old useless creature coz of this condition of mine n also I feel sleep deprivation a lot. pls help to overcome this condition.

A balanced diet will include whole grains pulses vegetables fruits nuts and milk. Have your Prenatal vitamins and also have plenty of fluids like water butter milk soup etc. Avoid ghee and sugar foods. Ensure that you eat every couple of hours a small healthy snack. Most important is rest. Sleep when baby sleeps and take help with child care so that you can. rest and recover.

eat lots of almonds n nuts....n also add badam seera with milk in the morning
