plz frnds mujhe ek baat batiye kya ye sch hota hai ki jb c section se delivery hoti hai toh sb ladies bolte hai hard cheez mat khao,sari body cvr krke rkho hwa lg jayegi,ph mat use kro ...meanz sb khte baad ne pta chlta hai life me ...ab toh aapko kuch ni lgta...jaise mera ab c section hua hai aaj swa mahina ho gya ...mujhe ghee khilya ja rha hai nd uthne ni dete....even meri mom bolte hai ki tum utho or walk kro ..but hmare neighbours bolte hai ki hwa lg jayegi ye woh ...half sleves ni pehna ,capri ni pehni....plz suggest

hello dear, mera bhi c section hua last mahine me. maine aisa kuch follow nhi kia. in fact mai toh sab kuch khati hu. ghar me jo banta hai wohi khati hu. bas heavy kuch nhi uthati. mai toh hospital mai bhi mobile use karti thi. aisa kuch nhi hota. body cover mat kijiye usse apko takleef hogi. jeans, capri sab pehno. jo aacha lage karo. sab ladis ke baat pe itna dhyan mat do.  old ladies log kuch jayda hi bolte hai. aao jayda dhyan doge toh aapko hi prob hogi.

Hi Anon, I too had C Sec and the things I followed was,<br> 1) Slight walking everyday and gradually increase the time<br> 2) Good Balanced Diet.<br> I love having a glass of milk with protein powder just before sleep.<br> 3) Do not take stress mentally or physically.<br> 4) Avoided lifting heavy stuffs and bending for sometime. Hope it will help.<br> I have gone through post delivery operation too due to infection. Its been 3 <u>months</u> and now I independently massage and bath my twins.<br> So, be positive and careful for three months at least.

C-section hone k baad apne stitches ka dhyan rakhiye. Uske alava baki sab myth hai. Hawa kuch nahi lagti. Kisi bhi pregnancy k baad body weak hoti hai, aur apko poshtik khana khane ki jaroorat hoti hai taki ap healthy rahe.; Eyes par strain padta hai isliye mobile use karne k liye mana karte hai. Hi anon , mera c section hua hai.; Mai aisa kuch bhi follow nahi karti.; Infact aap jitni jaldi apna routine follow karengi chalti firti rahengi utni jaldi heal hoga.; C section ke baad bas heavy cheez nahi uthate , jhatke se nahi uth te stiches ka dhyaan rakhiye thats it.;;; Ghee khana personal choice hota hai..;; mai to shorts pehenti hu , aapki body ko aap jaanti hai aap dekhiye aap kitna handle kar sakti hai.. active rehna bahut jaruri hai.. jabardasti kha kar weight badhana koi hoshiyaari <u>nahi</u>
