The baby is in the head down position which is indicated by the word cephalic. However the baby is tilted towards the left and has not yet engaged or entered the pelvis. Labor can start anytime between week 37-42 and this means you have time. As per ultrasound and observations of the baby's growth the baby has some development to complete and hence due date is likely to be closer to 30th. Relax. You may want to speak to your doctor to engage in some exercises to help the baby to engage as that is the most favorable for a vaginal birth.

my first sonography report says 17 nd 1st April..so doc said we will wait till 1st but dnt u think it'd too late 1st April means 10th month complete na . when will deliver 17th march or 1st April or 31st March

Ur Eddie according to LMP is 17 the only. Ur report is OK except mild increase in fluid level. Go for scan 16 th also. Just relax. Please ask ur doubt with more clarity if it is not clarified yet.
