plz help..itz urgent... suddenly body temperature of ma lo raised up to 99.7
°F and as the time lapse it is decreasing by .2 without any medication now currently his body temperature is 99.1° F...why is dis body temperature varying.. yesterday morning he built up temperature of 99.7°F..after medication it gt fallen to 97.7°F..now today wen I checked at 3 am d body temperature has been raised...rest of the day he is normal..no temperature rise..m realy concerned...y is dis happening..are he suffering from fever only at night..or due to weather change dis is happening...plz let me no.. his head is not covered since he sweats a lot through head hence I never cover his head with cap at night..is this problem happening due to not covering his head??

Temp can vary in this manner in most viral fevers.
Paracetemol should be given as and when its 99 and above.
Kindly get the child for a check up to determine cause of the fever.
Weather and covering the head are not significant.

Hope you are not wrapping him with sweater socks and covering the ear also can blanket??. All the above except covering the ears can be done. if you cover the ears with all these then the temperature will shoot up but it is not fever. make sure you do not cover his ear
