Idli, ragi porridge, fruit puree are good option to get started. Start with 1 meal a day , the primary source of nutrition should be only breast milk as it contains FOS and Fibre and helps in baby's development and builds immunity too

Add prebiotics in babies diet this will help in easy digestion as baby is six months then go for a formula milk which contains HMO and prebiotics in it for babies good growing

I would suggest you ragi malt, or even suji or even you can check with aptmil formula milk with HMO AND prebiotics in it which helps to keep the gut healthy.

Give al probiotics rich foods like oats veggies and fruits although breastmilk should be continued for best digestion. <br>
