Plz suggest good sleep plan for my baby he is 1.5 yrs..sleeps only 10 hrs around or 9 hours..at night he sleeps late at 12:30-1 and wakes at 8:30morning..day time no fox but he takes 1 nap of two hours.. I want him to sleep continuously for 10 hours during night and take two naps of one hour each in day time..plz suggest..m working women

Dear <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @616d5263791e5a0013a04aa4 </b></font> , u might have to start with an early bedtime inorder for baby to sleep long stretches. During the early bedtime even.if in start baby is not.sleepy they have higher chances of falling asleep .thats how their biology works. Alsi limit any naps after 5.30 in evening. I would suggest naps only in early afternon ard 12 to 1; . Naps in evening hinder night sleep for 1.year old.

hi aradhana not all babies at this age take two naps during the day. one nap is perfect! so pls don't disturb babies day ka routine. u just need to put baby to sleep early. try and give him a head massage. we have good articles on @sleep training - pls do read.
