Take some cold milk, eat less of oily food,take lots of water,eat 2 portions of salad in a day,have fruits like guava and walk for atleast 30 mins to manage heartburn on a daily basis. If its too much,talk to ur gynaecologist,she will prescribe some mild antacid.
