plz suggest...how to drink water after normal delivery?..m very confused...people here are saying dont drink too much water otherwise it will increase my belly size but doctor said have atleast 3 litres of water daily...now what is d correct way to drink water.... @Dr Shilpitha Singh

actually it's not like u should not drink water...as doctor Payal said,it is recommended that I should have a glass of water before or during breastfeeding sessions...even it's not recommended u will feel that urge to drink water while feeding in initial days...but drink it slowly n frequently...one sip at a time rather than gulping it...if u don't drink u will be constipated n it would be difficult to go to toilet...so drink lots of water but slowly

there is no harm, only benefits of drinking water <br>
(unless u r having some other medical conditions which need restricting fluid intake).<br>
older ppl especially suggest to drink water before each breastfeeding session.
