Have plain toast 1st thing in d morning... it absorbs acid from the body... have sugar n plain poha aft every meal...

I used to take lot of water, lime water, lassi and kept me hydrated.. cold milk was recommended to me too..

sme pblm thi meri b ...but cold buttermilk n cold milk gve me so much relief frm this .... try these two
