Pockt diaper having bottons adjstble is good??its inner side is cottn?or plastic?if folded cloth is placed inside of diaper, when the cloth is it wet,also wet the diaper??
You do need an insert . . If you buy a pocket diaper, it normally does come with an insert

There's microfibre cloth stuck on the pocket diaper which is in contact with baby's <u>privates</u>

There's no plastic but if cloth is wet then the diaper becomes wet from the stand ..I have never tried a folded cloth .
