Yes,&#160; I too went through Postpartum depression my mother she really helped me a lot.&#160; My favorite songs , once in a while going out for dinner&#160; with my hubby,&#160; hubby's support and appreciation and yes last but not the least <u>my</u> friends helped <u>me</u> too.

yes, I was depressed and about Everything. I came out of it by doing yoga, and taking atleast one hour of me time&nbsp; (ofcourse this me time was with baby) .most important thing is to love yourself,and do whatever you like that includes reading books or listening music. just do it and don't worry much as it is just the phase and will definitely <u>go</u>
