Ponganalu Recipe
-Take a bowl and add 2cups of rice ,1 cup of urad dal ,5 tbsp chana dal, 1spoon mustard seeds and wash all ingredients and soak it for 5-6 hrs.

- After 5-6 hrs grind the them into coarse mixture by adding little puffed rice..

- Ferment it for 8hrs ..

- Then the batter turns fluffy to that add salt and mix it properly

- Take the ponganalu pan brush it will oil then add batter ,sprinkle little oil and cover the lid and let it cool for 5-8 minutes.

- Ponganalu is ready to eat.

-serve it with peanut chutney or coconut chutney
