👉👉 STUFFED CAPSICUM FOR BREASTFEEDING MOMS
*** Add 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil & stir it for 2 minutes.
*** Add 1 cup grated paneer, 2 mashed potatoes and 2 tsp coriander powder
*** Stir a little and add 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and half tsp turmeric powder.
*** Now add red chili powder and salt as per your taste & chopped coriander leaves.
*** Stir the stuffing for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame and set aside.
*** Slice off the tops of 4 capsicums and remove the seeds and fill the stuffings with the help of spoon.
*** Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan/tawa and place the stuffed capsicums.
*** cover and cook until it get soften
*** Serve hot with roti or naan.
