It ws my anniversary on 23rd April.

3rd anniversary.

So, here it goes, ours was a love marriage not full of love.

The best part about love marriages is the love that is their before the marriage that helps both the partners to stay and stick to each other in thick and thins after the marriage.

I've seen my husband - Aaquib ( I call him Aqqi )

for almost 7 years now - 7 wondorous years they were. Irrespective of the differences we have we still Love eachother for being ourselves always.

He's a scorpion I'm an aquarius. Worst match by the sunsigns but proves wrong in our case.

I'm more practical he's a daydreamer. I'm a loud, intolerent, extreme short temper person. He's quiet, serene , peaceful kind of person. I'm into candle-lit dinners he's into dim-lit bedrooms ( pun intended) .
And yes he is 9 months younger to me. Before he proposed and we were actually 'just friends'. I had taken hints and he was about to pop the question. So, I use to tease him on our age gap. He's a commerce graduate I'm a P.G. in clinical analysis. I guess if we were'nt humans we would have been magnets.
Our marriage was'nt approved by both the ends as I was a 'Sayyed' before marriage and my husband a 'Qureshi' - muslim moms can judge the difference. Sayyeds are the most prestigious, high-ranked muslims whereas Qureshis are butchers.
My dad was a big time Anti- Qureshi, he bluntly said no when I asked him to meet my then boyfriend. I din ate a day and it worked. Aftr meeting my inlaws my dad was satisfied because they are'nt how he pictured. Then after I was engaged with him for about a year and a half until we married. Just after my wedding I'd been to Rajasthan to visit the shrine of Khawaja Garib Nawaz at Ajmer. It was scroaching summer heat and I had a bad UTI; after visiting the shrine we travelled to Jaipur as there were days left for our return. I was still not well and each time I ate anything spicy I would pee and my mituration would go high. I knew my UTI antibiotics so I asked my husband to fetch it from a near by pharmacy. No chemist was allowed to give the medicine without prescription. Next day my UTI was severe so I asked him to get out of the hotel and to search for the medicine. Finally, a; chemist said yes but I had this strange strong feeling of something inside me. I asked for a pregnancy test kit, aqqi was petrified by my question. He gave me a stare and he was like are you nuts its our third day of marriage. And I replied yes but just to rule out once I'll do the test and than take the antibiotic ( it was a 1500 mg which is not prescribed in pregnancies).
That night we had our dinner in our room. It was like a countdown. After dinner I went to pee and I got it checked it was a strong positive test the TEST was dense than the CONTROL. I yelled AQQQI from the loo. He thought I slipped he opened the door just to see the two lines and then he asked this is negative right.. And I said no.
He was so unsure he went back to the pharmacy got another kit and made me do it again. It was a POSITIVE. He laughed at it.. we hugged eachother.. We had planned phuket for the honeymoon but it was fate.

We made a baby too quick. And a girl came into our lives so quick n stole our hearts. We couldn't have asked for more. Shes more to us in every sense. Its not him nor me its my baby who completes the two of us.
