It is normal. Eat a healthy and balanced diet and do oiling on regular basis. Also try mamaearth argan hair mask. I am using it and it helped me a lot. It ensures least hairfall and promotes new hair growth. A natural and safe product.

When did you deliver? Do you have dandruff? I used Dr. Batra s hairfall shampoo it helped me a lot.
