post delivery:i delivered baby on oct 18th eve 6.16pm.i have colostrum in breasts..baby weight.2.3kg.its been 2nhalf days i dint get milk but my breasts are heavy n hard.if i press i get lil bit of colostrum.when ll i get milk?wat shud i eat for milk? @Dr Shilpitha Singh @Dr Payal M @Sonali Shivlani .pl suggest

Hello..<br> as dr. payal said,,, please feed baby.. when you start feeding the milk will come,, otherwise you will get to see colostrum itself..

Pls feed the colostrum to the baby. The first 2 3 days breasts produce colostrum whicb is sufficient fr the <u>baby</u> n then gradually milk will come. Breasts r getting heavy which is good. Pls dont hesitate or doubt urself. Let baby latch as often as baby wants. All the best!!
