Post pregnancy depression
A female body goes through many hormonal changes during this phase of her life.; Some of them are good for her and some of them are not.;
After giving birth to a baby, we tend to enjoy the motherhood phase, enjoying with the tiny tot,; taking a responsibility as a mother.
But many of us are unable to cope up with this phase and we try to compare our life before baby arrived.
Thoughts that surrounds our mind are:
“I used to work for long hours and earn for my family but now I am unable to do so.;
I used to give much time to my hubby but now we don’t have time for each other.
He doesn’t love me or I have been too much busy with my baby that I am. Unable to spend quality time with my hubby.
Many of us also feel to be ignored in certain situations
Many of us feel to b back on toes within a month.;
This thoughts cover our mind in such a way that leads to frustration and depression and we feel we are good for nothing.; We just have to take care of our babies.;
Hold on ladies!!; Accept this phase as a gift from god and enjoy the same to the fullest.; Enjoy each and every moment with your baby as this phase of tour baby’s life will not come back.;
I am writing this here is because I have seen many moms going through this phase and are unable to cope up with it which in turn is resulting into negative thoughts and daily fights with their dear ones.
This is a phase which will pass on..
Every women is a Multitasker and it’s an extra quality which is gifted to her,; but we can use this multitasking in a different way during this phase like handling and taking care of our baby,; understanding his or her emotions,; enjoying every first step that he takes, taking care of Ourself.
Rest of the work and things can be paused for a year.
Please ladies don’t think negative,; it affects in upbringing of a baby and also your health.
