1. It was clicked 7 days before my delivery day.I was pregnant with twins Nov 2016.double joy..double bump😎 I was 54 kgbefore getting pregnant.
68kg at the time of delivery.
And back to 54kg 😃now. Would like to share some tips from my experience to avoid extra weight gain: During pregnancy:
1.Eat right, healthy.
2.avoid junk food.if you crave for anything make it at home.my mil n mom took an effort to make all food at home at home .as I was strictly on rest.
3. Don't over stress..just go with the flow
4.follow your doctor when in doubt.
Due to heart burn I used to eat vanilla ice cream daily and had only potatoes n rice in last trimester which led to high suger. Eat balanced diet
Have more curd for heartburn 5.Sleep and take rest as much as you can. Post Pregnancy:
First few days/months are going to be real challenge.dont get panic.we are new mom's not rocket.take your time to learn , understand new born.
1.Rest is major factor.take test whenever possible.
2.take help of family members on daily chores.
3.drink lots of water
4.Eat healthy and in small portion but with less gap in between.
5.avoid junk
6.Enough sleep. After 14months post pp I am still struggling with enough sleep at night which really takes a troll on your body and health. Hope this helps new moms😄
