Postpartum depression is for real and it should be addressed like other health problems. New moms avoid sharing about postpartum depression. Which is not right for their health. Even I went through postpartum depression but I spoke about this to my husband and family. Symptoms of postpartum depression is different for every new mom. But you can look for some common things like:

1. Sadness
2. Crying without reason
3. Less interested in eating
4. Less interested in talking to people
5. Too much sleep


It’s very important to talk to your health care provider and family
